6. Incorrect Address

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Lost packages will be handled according to the shipping carrier’s policy.
9. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or customs issues are not eligible for full refunds.
