Shipping Origin
Our crystals are sourced primarily from Brazil and Uruguay. Orders may ship from Brazil or another stated fulfillment location depending on the product. The shipping origin is shown in the product description or confirmed in your quote.
Processing & Packing
In-stock retail orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. One-of-a-kind pieces are checked and packed individually. Custom bases, special packing, mixed wholesale lots and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time; we will confirm the schedule before shipment.
FedEx Worldwide Shipping
FedEx International is our primary carrier for cross-border retail and wholesale orders. A tracking number is provided after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Transit time depends on destination, package size and customs processing.
DDP Service
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service is available for eligible destinations and orders. When DDP is confirmed in writing or included in your shipping quote, applicable import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are handled in advance as part of the agreed price.
If an order is not confirmed as DDP, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, brokerage or customs charges. Please contact us before purchase if you require DDP delivery.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
For wholesale orders, we provide a tailored quotation based on destination, total weight, packing requirements and delivery terms. Your quotation will clearly state the FedEx service, whether DDP is included, and the estimated dispatch schedule.
