1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of natural crystals and handmade items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • The item received is incorrect or not as described

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue are required

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Natural variations in color, shape, size, inclusions, or texture

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor imperfections inherent to natural stones


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Wholesale orders


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages


6. Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes

  • Customs duties

  • Any fees charged by the destination country

These fees are non-refundable.
